The Carrie Dean Boston Mission Circle

The Carrie Dean Boston Mission Circle is part of the Church's larger Women's Missionary Union.  It is open to women and men of all ages. Members of the Circle seek to care for the sick and shut-in in the Church as well as in local and international communities.

Regular Meeting Dates
When: The Circle meets at noon on the second Saturday of the following months: February, April, June, August, October, and December

Where: Room 103 the Education Building  

Ongoing Outreach Ministries
The Carrie Dean Boston Mission Circle is involved in the following outreach ministries:

 Grady Neo-Natal Unit: In May and November, the Circle delivers newborn baby items to teen mothers who are patients at Grady.
 Sadie G. Mays Health and Rehabilitation Center: Circle members provide hair care for residents at the Center.
Prison Ministry: Circle members write letters to, provide toiletry items for, and pay visits to inmates.
 Genesis Shelter: Throughout the year, Circle members serve food to homeless children and their families.
 Ronald McDonald House: The Circle collects tin-can tabs to support families whose severely ill children are hospitalized. Tabs are collected during every Circle meeting.

Membership is open to women and men of all ages. Members are asked to support the work of the Circle by contributing $50 yearly.
