The Medical Emergency Response Team is responsible for responding to the needs of people with the love of God in times of medical emergency in church ministries.
Our volunteer team consists of Ebenezer members with professional expertise in various areas of health which may include doctors, nurses, paramedics, firefighters, and other emergency medical technicians.
In addition to assisting the church in times of emergency, this responsibility will include consulting with key ministry leaders on meeting the needs of the congregation, training key staff members and ministry coordinators and ushers through planning and practice to be ready to respond to a medical emergency until professional medical assistance arrives.
The team will also be responsible for assessing and maintaining basic equipment for medical responses and a written plan that addresses how to respond in a medical emergency.
